With an Apron ON always and whisk in my hand, would love to introduce myself. I am chef Mamatha.
I started my career as an IT professional, changed my career to an educationist running a preschool for a decade, training teachers, teaching toddlers, then a Fashion designer and finally a Chef. Having realised this is my passion, heart and soul, I am into baking full time.
I am a certified PASTRY, a Certified CULINARY CHEF and a CAKE Artist. I have done my Patisserie and Culinary Courses from Institute Affiliated with City and Guilds, London. And I have also been certified by several baking and cake art related courses world-wide.
Cake decorating is indeed a form of art.

Baking was just a passion until my baked cake was shared with friends and neighbours. All their appreciations encouraged me to change passion to profession. It’s not just a profession, but a profession with passion. Cake is not just a cake with some butter and flour into it, but it’s a bundle of love, care and joy.
We at Cremez make every bake extra special and add sparkle to your events and celebrations.
Cremez is a Cake and Bake Studio which was started in December 2018 as Sanju’s Classic Bakes and now it’s Cremez by Sanju’s Patisserie.
Our Vision is to bake customised egg free, gelatine free cakes and bakes for all.
We also specialise in Customised Cakes, Wedding Cakes, Celebration Cakes and much more.
We are also into teaching Baking, help students excel in their baking skills and take their baking skills to next level.

Before attending this class, I was not at all confident in making the cake. I never used to get proper finishing. The edges were not at all sharp. But after attending this class, I have the confidence now that I will be able to do the frosting in a better way, to handle the fondant, mold the fondant properly. So, I can say one thing that I have gained more confidence from this class. Thank you.
