Mamatha is a very nice and very good teacher. We have learnt a lot from her. Actually, she has elaborated lots of things very nicely. And the cake I learnt from her is a very nice cake. Thanks a lot, Mamatha. I also enjoyed the class a lot. All my expectations were met and she answered all my questions nicely. Myself being a teacher, I got to learn a lot of techniques from her.

Before attending this class, I was not at all confident in making the cake. I never used to get proper finishing. The edges were not at all sharp. But after attending this class, I have the confidence now that I will be able to do the frosting in a better way, to handle the fondant, mold the fondant properly. So, I can say one thing that I have gained more confidence from this class. Thank you.

My name is Rohini. I have learnt a lot in these 2 days class. All the basic things, whatever I was not knowing earlier. The class was very smooth and ma’am was very nice with me and she has taught us from A – Z. she made me feel comfortable in these 2 days. All the things mentioned in the curriculum were completely taught in this class. I really liked the pipping technique taught in class and whatever mistakes I was making earlier have been cleared from ma’am’s teachings. Looking forward to learn more from ma’am in the future. I would like to give 10 out of 10 for the class.

Recently i attended Sanju's Patisserie Advance whipping cream class. I learnt so much abput the technique of whipping the cream, the right texture, fondant toppers making, different techniques in art of decorating the cake. Mrs. Mamatha, is the right person to teach the techniques. I had seen many YouTube videos but this class was total worth to gain more knowledge. Mrs. Mamatha is always there to help us and teach every step with professionally and give us right knowledge. Really really grateful for her!!
